Join us for a short drive from the ship to the city center of Vienna to visit the renowned Kunsthistorisches Museum, located across from Hofburg Palace, and home to the outstanding art collection of the Habsburg dynasty. Stroll through rooms dedicated to the great European masters, pausing to admire 16th and 17th-century art by German, Dutch, Flemish and Italian artists and view ancient Egyptian and Greek coins and art, steeped in history. The tour will conclude in the city center to help you to maximize your time in Vienna.
A choice of sightseeing this morning features a tour of the Habsburgs' Schönbrunn Palace, an architectural masterpiece and Austrian cultural treasure, or Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien, one of the world's most acclaimed art museums located in a palatial building on the historic Ringstrasse. Then, shuttles are at the ready to bring you back to the riverboat.

This afternoon we will be offering shuttles to and from the ship. You may choose to stay in town after your morning sightseeing, or you may return to the ship after your tour, dine onboard, and return to the city center via shuttle. The shuttle schedule is as follows:

There is a putting green on the Sun Deck, aft. See the Reception Desk to reserve a bike or collect golf putters and balls.

Open 24/7, Deck 1. Out of respect for your fellow guests, please refrain from walking or jogging on the aft deck until after 8:30am. Guests must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult to use the fitness center.

There are instructions for programming your cabin safe on the door of your safe. Call the Reception Desk (dial 9) for further assistance.

A water / ice dispenser is located in the foyer on Deck 2, beside the public washrooms. Tauck provides reusable water bottles for use throughout the tour - it's yours to keep at the end of the cruise. See our "Bite to Eat" menu for snacks - available from 10am - midnight, anywhere on the ship. Find the menu in the black folder in your cabin or at the bar. You may order at the bar or by dialing the Reception Desk for delivery.
SHIP SECURITY
We have a Security Officer on board. He is always present when in port. All exterior ship doors are locked at all times when docked. Place your cabin keycard against the black sensor pad beside the door jamb to unlock it. Always swipe your room key / shore pass at the kiosk when exiting / entering the ship. Additionally, for your stateroom security, ensure that your balcony doors are shut and locked at all times when you leave your stateroom.
